{"id":323,"date":"2019-05-17T17:22:47","date_gmt":"2019-05-17T15:22:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tudagbi.cluster028.hosting.ovh.net\/?page_id=323"},"modified":"2023-07-02T10:44:14","modified_gmt":"2023-07-02T08:44:14","slug":"recreagym-3-6-ans","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/tudagbi.cluster028.hosting.ovh.net\/?page_id=323","title":{"rendered":"R\u00e9cr\u00e9agym 3-6 ans"},"content":{"rendered":"<div align=\"justifier\">\n<h1>&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/h1>\n<p><span class=\"Style1\">Deux cours vous sont propos\u00e9s le mercredi apr\u00e8s-midi (limit\u00e9 \u00e0 15 enfants par cours).<\/span><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les objectifs des s\u00e9ances de la <strong>R\u00e9cr\u00e9aGym<\/strong> de la <strong> Gymnastique Volontaire de Cesson-S\u00e9vign\u00e9<\/strong> ne sont pas de transformer votre enfant en un petit gymnaste ou athl\u00e8te fort et bien muscl\u00e9, mais de solliciter sa motricit\u00e9 globale pour optimiser, au fur et \u00e0 mesure de son d\u00e9veloppement :<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul class=\"gauche\">\n<li>son potentiel physique,<\/li>\n<li>son adaptation \u00e0 des situations vari\u00e9es,<\/li>\n<li>son autonomie,<\/li>\n<li>mais aussi de se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 une vie sociale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>&#8220;R\u00e9cr\u00e9aGym&#8221;<\/strong> c&#8217;est aussi une gymnastique diversifi\u00e9e, avec :<\/p>\n<ul class=\"gauche\">\n<li>des parcours athl\u00e9tiques et gymniques,<\/li>\n<li>des situations de lutte, d&#8217;opposition,<\/li>\n<li>des manipulations d&#8217;engins (ballons, rubans,&#8230;),<\/li>\n<li>des activit\u00e9s ludiques (diff\u00e9rents jeux),<\/li>\n<li>des activit\u00e9s d&#8217;expression.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>&#8220;R\u00e9cr\u00e9aGym&#8221;<\/strong> c&#8217;est \u00e9galement une <strong>gymnastique non comp\u00e9titive<\/strong>. Chaque enfant peut se tester, identifier ses limites et am\u00e9liorer sa performance physique, sans obligation de r\u00e9sultats, le plaisir et le jeu \u00e9tant indispensables \u00e0 cette p\u00e9riode de la vie.<\/p>\n<p>Inscrire son enfant \u00e0 l&#8217;activit\u00e9 <strong>&#8220;R\u00e9cr\u00e9aGym&#8221;<\/strong>, c&#8217;est participer activement \u00e0 son d\u00e9veloppement et favoriser son habitude de la pratique physique, garantie de son \u00e9panouissement tout au long de sa vie. Tout cela dans le respect de l&#8217;enfant et de sa s\u00e9curit\u00e9, et avec une bonne dose de bonne humeur !<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9quipement :<\/strong><br \/>\nUne tenue souple, confortable, en coton est conseill\u00e9e.<br \/>\nUn tee-shirt sous le pull permet de retirer celui-ci quand l\u2019activit\u00e9 est dense.<br \/>\nDes chaussures qui tiennent bien aux pieds \u00e0 scratch de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence).<br \/>\nLes cheveux longs attach\u00e9s avec un \u00e9lastique.<br \/>\nAttention aussi aux bijoux (cha\u00eenes autour du cou) qui peuvent se r\u00e9v\u00e9ler dangereux.<br
